Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused sports equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Gear
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
